| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept credit and debit card payments as well as cheques and postal orders. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet.If you would like to pay by cheque then please print out the receipt at the end of the check out process and send it to us with your cheque or postal order made payable to "Stamping Mad". |
| Shipping And Handling Our postage and packing charges are based on total order value. Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge. Shipping for orders valued between £30.01 and £50 is £4.50. Shipping for orders valued between £20.01 and £30 is £3.50. Shipping for orders valued between £10.01 and £20 is £2.50. Shipping for orders under £10 is £1.50. |
| Delivery Schedule We carry quite a lot of stock but with over 10,000 products available to order we cannot stock every item. For in stock items we will attempt to send your order within 3 working days. Please allow 28 days for delivery of out of stock items - some of our products are imported from America which may take longer than usual to obtain. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will automatically back order for you. You may cancel your order at any time if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is included in the final price. Orders from the Channel Islands are exempt from VAT. |
| Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. However if you prefer you can order online and then ring us on 01772 316841 to provide your card details separately. |

Any discrepancies or physical damage must be notified to us within three days of the delivery date.Customers are responsible for all postage charges for products returned non-faulty. Products returned non-faulty must be received by us MUST BE UNOPENED AND UNUSED (with any tape, fastening or shrink-wrap intact, this will act as proof of non usage) otherwise a full refund cannot be made. |
