Mica Tiles and Embellishments

This size is the smallest tile - about 2" x 3" and most often dark before splitting, making it ideal for cardmaking projects, mosaics and interior design projects. (this is a natural product so the actual size of pieces may vary)

These are medium-sized tiles and are about 4" (this is a natural product so the actual size of pieces may vary). They are ideal for larger cardmaking projects, photo encapsulation, mosaics and interior design projects. Other uses include: painting, collage, scrapbooking, photo transfers, stained-glass effects, embossing, home accents and more!

These are large-sized tiles and are about 5" x 6" (this is a natural product so the actual size of pieces may vary), making them ideal for large projects, such as scrapbook pages, artwork, collage and assemblage. These are clearer and have less coloration marks, great for photo encapsulation and interior design projects, such as lampshades, mica-gilded tables and wall treatments.

Micacraft is made of small transparent pieces of mica, laminated using an amber-colored shellac. Each piece is heat moldable and unique in color variations and markings. Micacraft is remarkably versatile adding character, color and texture to a variety of creative projects. Use Micacraft for arts and crafts, such as Prairie or Mission style lampshades, nightlight covers and luminaries. Micacraft is also suitable for stamping, scrapbooking, cards, ornaments, collage, jewelry making, photo transfer canvas, home and personal accents, and adhered to virtually any surface.

All-natural Mica Shapes - Adhere mica to nearly any surface with any clear drying glossy adhesive or clear pressure-sensitive tape. Use for Photo frames held with decorative brads, card and paper arts projects, home accent embellishments. Can be coloured with inks and paint. Edge tags with markers, or gild them. Mica Shapes packages will yield at least the quantity listed but possibly more because they may be delaminated
